Terms and Conditions
- Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- infocostadelsol: the owner and operator of the platform www.infocostadelsol.com
- Client: any natural or legal person who subscribes to or creates a listing on the platform
- Listing: the client’s business profile displayed on the platform, including all uploaded content
- Agreement: the paid or free subscription between infocostadelsol and the client
- Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services provided by infocostadelsol.
Any deviations shall only be valid if agreed in writing.
By subscribing, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.
- Subscription and Payment
All subscriptions are entered into for a fixed period of 12 months.
Payment is made via SEPA direct debit, either monthly or annually in advance.
In the case of monthly payments, the client remains liable for the full annual amount.
Early termination is not permitted.
infocostadelsol reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove the listing if payment is delayed or cancelled.
- Liability and Content
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of all uploaded content.
infocostadelsol is not liable for any copyright infringement or unlawful use of images.
The client agrees to only use:
- original images, or
- royalty-free images with commercial licence, or
- properly licensed stock photos
infocostadelsol reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove content at its sole discretion.
- Privacy and Data Processing
infocostadelsol processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data is only processed for the following purposes:
- creation and management of listings
- invoicing and communication
- customer service

By subscribing, the client consents to this processing.
- Use of Promotional Content
infocostadelsol reserves the right to use certain parts of a client’s listing (such as business name, logo or excerpts of text) for promotional purposes, including:
- social media posts
- example listings on the website
- newsletters and printed promotional material
No commercially sensitive information will be published.
- Availability and Changes
infocostadelsol aims to ensure continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uptime.
Temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical issues do not entitle the client to any form of compensation.
infocostadelsol may modify, update, or restructure any part of the platform at any time.
- Intellectual Property
The platform’s structure, content and technical systems remain the exclusive property of infocostadelsol.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written consent.
- Cancellation and Refunds
All subscriptions are binding for 12 months, whether paid monthly or annually.
No refunds will be issued for early termination, non-use or inactivity.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing before the end of the current term to prevent automatic renewal.
- Force Majeure
infocostadelsol is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, war, government measures, or pandemics.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Spanish law.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If legal action is necessary, the courts of Málaga shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Amendments to These Terms
infocostadelsol reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Clients will be notified via email or through the platform.
The most recent version will always be available at www.infocostadelsol.com.
- Use of Content for Promotional Purposes
The client expressly authorises infocostadelsol to use elements of their business listing (such as business name, logo, descriptions, or images) in online advertisements or promotional campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, or other marketing channels. This promotion is carried out solely for the purpose of increasing the client’s visibility and forms an integral part of the service provided.
- Fair Use and Eligibility Requirements
Clients are strictly required to provide accurate and truthful information regarding the structure of their business. A subscription to the €15/month plan is exclusively reserved for self-employed individuals (autónomos) who work alone and without any employees. If a client operates with staff—whether as an autónomo with personnel, a Spanish SL, or a company established within or outside the EU—they are obligated to subscribe to the €45/month plan.
Larger businesses such as real estate agencies and hotels must subscribe to the €150/month plan.
Any false declaration of business structure or personnel will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.
Section: Subscription Payments and SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
By purchasing a subscription on InfoCostaDelSol.com, the Customer explicitly authorises Info Costa Del Sol (the “Company”) to collect all subscription fees through SEPA DIRECT DEBIT. This authorisation applies to the chosen subscription plan (Basic, Pro or Premium) and remains valid for the entire duration of the subscription.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Taking out a subscription automatically constitutes consent to a SEPA DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE in favour of the Company.
No separate signed document is required; the confirmation of the subscription and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions serve as a valid and legally binding SEPA MANDATE.
The Company will issue a pre-notification by e-mail prior to the first debit and reserves the right to collect the agreed subscription fees on the due date.
The Customer must ensure that a valid IBAN and BIC are provided during the subscription process. Failure to provide correct or up-to-date account information does not release the Customer from the obligation to pay.
The subscription remains active until it is lawfully cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Subscription fees will continue to be collected automatically via SEPA DIRECT DEBIT.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions at the checkout, the Customer confirms:
“I HEREBY GRANT INFO COSTA DEL SOL A SEPA DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE TO COLLECT THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES RELATED TO MY CHOSEN PLAN.”
“I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SUBSCRIBING, I GIVE MY ONGOING CONSENT FOR RECURRING DEBITS UNTIL THE SUBSCRIPTION IS TERMINATED.”
“I AGREE THAT THIS MANDATE REPLACES THE NEED FOR A HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE, AND THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL SERVES AS WRITTEN PROOF OF MY CONSENT.”
The Customer further acknowledges that SEPA DIRECT DEBIT IS THE EXCLUSIVE METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS. No alternative payment methods will be accepted unless explicitly authorised by the Company. Any cancellation of the SEPA mandate will be treated as a cancellation of the subscription itself.
